Boutique De Relique – Terms & Order Policy
By placing an order with Boutique De Relique, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Custom-Made Jewelry
Every Boutique De Relique piece is individually designed and handcrafted based on customer-submitted photographs, artwork, text, and other materials. Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final.
Design Approval
A digital design proof will be provided before production begins.
The customer is responsible for reviewing all design details, including artwork, spelling, dates, dimensions, and overall appearance.
One design revision is included with each order. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
Once written approval is provided, the design is considered final and production may begin.
Pricing & Payment
The total price for a custom Relique is as follows:
$2,199 USD for 18K Gold Pendant only.
$2,999 USD for 18K Gold Pendant and 18” 1.1mm 14K gold chain.
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 USD is required before design work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon design approval and before production.
Cancellation Policy
Because design work begins immediately upon order placement:
Orders canceled before design work begins may be refunded less payment processing fees.
Orders canceled after design work has begun are subject to a cancellation fee of $1,000.
Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
Orders canceled after production has begun are non-refundable.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, Boutique De Relique does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Production Variations
Each piece is custom crafted and hand finished, therefore some variations in finish, texture, engraving depth, dimensions, and metal appearance are normal and do not constitute defects.
Intellectual Property
By submitting photographs, artwork, logos, text, or other content, the customer represents that they own or have permission to use such materials.
The customer assumes full responsibility for any intellectual property, copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity claims arising from submitted materials.
Shipping & Delivery
Production time is typically 6–8 weeks following receipt of final payment.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Boutique De Relique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boutique De Relique's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the order.
Boutique De Relique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, or special damages arising from any order.
Warranty
Boutique De Relique warrants its craftsmanship against manufacturing defects for 30 days following delivery.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, modifications by third parties, loss, or theft.
Acceptance
By submitting an order and payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Order Policy.
